• Deliver insightful KPI reporting across Stocks, ETFs & Crypto
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional projects
• Develop financial models and tools for Product and Business teams
• Guide business case development through data-driven analysis
• Build stakeholder relationships and align financial strategies
• Translate financial data into actionable business insights

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Audit, or related field
• 5 years experience in banking, fintech, or financial consulting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Proven project leadership in FBP functions
• comprehensive knowledge of financial principles and bank products
• Fluent English communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong interest in finance and technology

(MBA or CFA is a plus)
